Hired to create and generate production and financial reporting information for multi-specialty physician group with over 200 practitioners. Extract data from practice management systems in order to compile and disseminate reporting information useful for decision support. Prepare annual expense budget of approximately $1M and complete MGMA compensation/production and cost surveys, thoroughly evaluating expenses, fee schedules, practitioner billing/utilization, profitability, and viability of individual departments. Conduct AR aging analysis and set collection goals for staff on monthly basis to confirm net collection ratio remains within acceptable range (97%–100%). Compile, review, and disseminate patient satisfaction data to identify areas of improvement.
