Coordinates the execution of all live, virtual and constructive, scenario events. Recommends modifications to NTC Command Group to exercise the exercise scenario to meet unit training objectives. As the 52 ID G3, supervises the Operations Center replicating a division/JTF HQ that includes operations, intelligence, engineer, fires, aviation, civil-military operations, sustainment, joint enablers, and special operations forces in a Decisive Action Training Environment. Leads, trains, and mentors 21 officers, noncommissioned officers, and Civilians that man the Division Operations Center. Manages all training areas and restricted airspace during rotations. Maintains scenario fidelity by coaching and mentoring Brigade Combat Team S3s. Analyzes operations for the Commander of OPSGRP, NTC Commanding General, and Division Senior Trainer.

Provide lessons learned through formal battalion-level After Action Reviews and take home packets for all units to further analyze and refine collective training at home station.Additionally, serve as the OC/T team executive officer for 65 Officers and senior NCOs with primary responsibility for team maintenance, property accountability, administration, and logistics. Responsible for the performance, professional development, and accountability of 10 senior captains.

Responsible for managing organization and theater provided property valued at over 185 million dollars. Responsible for coordinating Rear Operations that include effective Family Readiness Groups and support to higher headquarters requirements. Responsible for the health, welfare, discipline, and professional development of the battalion staff.

Responsible for the combat readiness, physical fitness, welfare, morale, conduct and force protection of the company and the wellbeing of their families. Accounted for and maintained vehicles and organizational equipment valued in excess of $42 Million.

Battalion Logistics Officer for a 696 man Stryker Brigade Combat Team Infantry battalion capable of deploying anywhere in the world within 96 hours by land, sea, or air. Responsible for the planning, coordination and supervision of the Battalion's logistical support system during deployments, field training, and garrison operations. Prepared the logistical estimate and synchronized the task force combat service support resources as the Officer in Charge of the Combat Trains Command Post. Served as the financial analyst and managed the budget of 1.7 million dollars. Managed the procurement of all classes of supply from the identification of requirements through requisitioning of materials. Responsible for the monitoring of end item requisitioning and transfer. Responsible for planning and supervision of all unit movements. Also helped the Army design and validate logistics structures and processes for its first Stryker Brigade Combat Team.
