• California-Licensed direct sales representative servicing company’s Southern California territory. • Responsible for the management of client portfolio and the generation of new leads by interfacing with property managers, real estate brokers, construction firms, leasing agents and private homeowners. • Work with owner to identify target markets and implement strategic plans to maximize lead generation.• Project estimation and value engineering.• Maintain and cultivate relationships with subcontractors and serve as liaison between company and client, providing continuous customer service and support.
