Manage the PFI contract (25 years) on behalf of Client UCL in the Cruciform building. This building is both teaching and research.• Manage all sub-contractors for hard and soft services, which total 23 contracts at present.• Responsible for the running of Helpdesk system, supplying client with monthly reports on performance.• Manage budget of £860K and attend Monthly meetings with senior management to review performance.• Responsible for Health and Safety on site.• Attend weekly client meetings to discus both Hard and Soft service issues.• With assistance of Assistant manager deal with all day to day issues associated with the running of building.• Co-ordinate and implement all PPM work, liaising with medical and educational staff.• Make sure all company procedures and processes are being followed.

Carious Sites

• Facilitate the delivery of FM services to 70 BT buildings including Cleaning, security, engineering and site maintenance.• Lead the management of the customer interface, ensuring a high profile for Monteray in the day to day running of the sites, providing a consistent link with BT customers, guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction to client concerns.• Manage the Facilities team consisting of 11 cleaners and 9 security guards and ensure the operational aspects of my buildings are delivered in accordance with the FMA (Facilities Management agreement) by an agreed programme of quality checks and controlled measures.• Support recruitment and the development of staff.• Organise and facilitate regular customer forums and meetings with other key stakeholders as appropriate.
