Also act as the CAN Focal point whilst offshore.

Telecommunications Technician 2000-20051 Repaired military communications equipment to first and second line standard2 Helped set up power and lighting facilities whilst in Afghanistan on “live operations” as well as doing essential radio repairs.3 Achieved good reports on yearly inspections of paperwork and equipment.4 Was responsible for workshop documentation and equipment history of all hardware under my care.5 Worked unsupervised for two years. 6 Had the responsibility for ordering essential stores required and maintaining the necessary paperwork.Landing Craftsman 1999-20051 I was trained to be a crewman on various amphibious vessels and to be the coxswain on smaller craft used by the Royal Marines.2 Was involved in various exercises around the world often for long periods of time.3 Was responsible for the craft and personnel used by amphibious search teams whilst on operations in Northern Ireland.4 Worked as part of a team responsible for waterborne security at a nuclear submarine base.Recruit Training and first posting 1991-19941 Achieved an above average pass during the 30-week course at the Commando Training Centre, Royal Marines.2 Declined an offer for a commission at the end of recruit training.3 Passed an advanced first aid course prior to a 6-month deployment to the jungles of Belize.
