About Jim Mcguire

I am currently setting up a Cincinnati Office for Network Adjusters. Network adjusters has offices in New York and Denver. We are looking to establish and grow a Mid-Western office. I am looking for one or two experienced supervisors as well as a number of mid and entry level adjusters to join our existing staff. 20 years ago I began my career in the claim industry as a resident property and casualty adjuster. I now specialize in construction related claims including commercial and residential construction defect; construction liability and construction site accident and injury. I have successfully resolved 100’s of suits involving some of the most contentious and complex claims facing contractors and their casualty insurers. I have considerable experience in New York Labor Law suits; single family residential, condominium and commercial construction defects suits and litigation involving mold, and Chinese drywall.Specialties: Coverage evaluation, loss valuation, negotiation, retention and direction of defense counsel and related experts.
