As a Senior Acquisition Consultant, I provide Acquisition and Client-related advice to Senior Management across Amentum’s classified programs. I also support proposal preparation, contract negotiations and advise on classified audit related issues and participate in discussions with the Cognizant Administrative Contracting Officer.

Delta Bridge, Inc., an Amentum-owned company October 2016 to February 2024Vice President/Senior Contracts Manager responsible for providing advice and support to Delta Bridge and Amentum leadership for all federal, state and local contracts. I provided award to closeout contract management for competitively awarded and sole source USG contracts, both classified and unclassified. I was also responsible for proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and refining general business processes.

I was a Senior Contracts Manager responsible for providing advice and support to Abraxas/Cubic staff for all CIA and DNI contracts. Duties included contract administration, RFP evaluation, and proposal preparation. I provided award to closeout contract management for competitively awarded and sole source contracts with the CIA and the Director of National Intelligence and other U.S. Federal Government Agencies. I was also responsible for proposal preparation, contract negotiations, change order administration, Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreement preparation and negotiations.

I worked as an Acquisition Specialist III providing senior Contract Administration advisory and consulting services, helping the FBI’s IT Contracting Unit with source selection and award of various large dollar value competitive systems contracts.
