CurrentConfigure white labeled PlanSource software for clients’ Open Enrollment windows to reflectupcoming benefit offerings, rates, and other information as specified by the client. Work directly with insurance carriers to establish and test 834 EDI files through Employee Navigator. Assist PlanSource EDI analysts with implementing and troubleshooting EDI connections betweenPlanSource and carriers as well as establishing and testing 834 EDI files through Employee Navigator. Audit client invoices and carrier enrollment rosters for accuracy and determine root cause for anydiscrepancies. Assist clients with COBRA file feed issues and manually enroll members into WEX’s LEAP portal. Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot connections (EDI Imports and Exports, API) betweenPlanSource and Employee Navigator portals and various HRIS, Payroll, and carrier databases.
