Provide indirect Management oversight and responsibility for (4) Building Operations Managers and their NYC Metropolitan Area locations including Corporate Headquarters, Flagship and NYC retail stores, (2) Distribution Centers and Repair Services locations totaling over 1.4 Million sf.Manage all activities related to planned and preventive maintenance of facilities, grounds, equipment and housekeeping for 575,000 sf. Distribution Center/Office Building and provide support for and off-site 4,700 sf. wood base manufacturing facility.Plan, administer and track an annual operating budget in excess of 15 Million dollars and a Capital budget of varying scope and value.Responsible for a team of 13 direct and 25+ indirect reports to support a first and second shift building work force.Coordinate and support equipment maintenance repairs and contractual obligations for all services and project related work.

Schedule, coordinate and supervise daily maintenance duties and construction projects performed by a team of seven Engineering, Maintenance and Service personnel.Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and life safety equipment to ensure regulatory compliance.Administer and ensured compliance of all service contracts and developed preventive maintenance & inspections.Schedule and supervise all building services requests including landscaping, snow removal, housekeeping, internal relocations and conference/meeting room set up.

Performed general shipping duties utilizing UPS, DHL, Fed Ex and multiple common carriers.Oversaw and performed mailroom duties for 135,000 sf. Distribution Center.Transported merchandise and supplies to NYC flagship store utilizing company trucks daily
