Manage the Technical Services Group supporting Bose’s global refurbish and repair operations.• Work with the Product Development teams to ensure serviceability concerns for refurbishing and service are incorporated in the design• Develop the repair & refurbishing financial justifications and plans for new product introductions• Create and deploy the service instructions and necessary tools to support the global service groups and the service information extranet site.• Interface with Global Service Deployment, to develop repair options for customer service solutions. • Work with the Sales and Procurement organizations on product End of Life decisions, inventory optimization, and ensuing product support.
