Regional Aftersales Manager
Current- Responsible for managing fixed operations, CX (customer experience), loyalty and retention for Mazda’s Western Region- Develop Regional strategy for all aspects of CX, CSI (customer satisfaction index), loyalty and retention through the CX & Loyalty team- Develops and supports regional strategies to identify growth opportunities to increase P&A sales and achieve goals- Executes P&A strategies through Field Operations team to achieve goals. Set P & A record for all-time purchases in 2023- Benchmarks other OEMs and researches market intelligence to provide actionable recommendations to improve P&A sales
