Mr. Studer is a licensed Professional Engineer in eleven states, including all of the southeastern United States and a Level II Certified Trainer with the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. Mr. Studer is responsible for the preparation and review of general civil construction documents that include plans, specifications, and permitting for government, industrial, and commercial projects of various sizes including:Two oxygen injection facilities for deepening of the Savannah Harbor,Multi megawatt solar energy facilities,Upgrading numerous streets in a large metro area to include porous pavers on steep grades with large underground storage galleries and green infrastructure elements,Large demolition projects of abandoned industrial facilities,Site development for large industrial facilities,Subdivisions,Commercial developments,Parks,Cell tower sites,VA Cemeteries,Hydraulic structures,Landfills and landfill covers,and Numerous other projects. Mr. Studer has prepared Erosion, Sediment, and Pollution Control Plans that have been submitted and approved for facilities here in Georgia, as well as Alabama, Florida, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and other states. He has prepared and received approval for permits for stream buffer variance applications, demolition, landfill, construction, and many others. Mr. Studer also has extensive experience in the execution of designs providing construction management services for a number of projects. Services included evaluation of bids, observation and documentation of construction activities, clarification and interpretation of contract documents (RFI’s), change order requests, pay requests, review of submittals, and preparation of construction certifications for various state and federal agencies.
