• Accountable for achievement of overall sales and service goals through focused sales activity, management of operations, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to customers and job seekers• Responsible for managing P&L for the market and hitting budgeted goals such as NOI, new customer acquisition and retention, new sales dollars, and overall revenue• Led strategic sales within the market, acquired and grew enterprise level accounts while setting the sales strategy and developing all sellers in the market• Led 3 branch teams including 3 Branch Managers directly, and 18 indirect reports comprised of exempt and non-exempt employees• In 2020, launched the expansion of TERRA’s footprint into Colorado market amidst worldwide pandemic and exceeded goal• Opened 3 new branches in three consecutive years; hired and developed leaders and teams for these branches• Earned “Best of Mile High” award in 2023 for Best Staffing Firm in the Front Range, as voted by local businesses and citizens based on overall customer satisfaction• Developed and promoted 4 employees to Branch Manager positions, 3 to Staffing Manager positions, and many promotions from non-exempt to exempt roles within market• Consistently led company in client and talent satisfaction scores, earning Best of Staffing award in every year based on industry leading net promoter scores
