As the Employee Communications and Engagement Senior Manager, my role connected the dots for all internal audiences in a heavily matrixed organization. To do this, I established and developed a mix of internal communication channels, including digital signage, regional broadcasts & town hall meetings, email distribution platforms, mobile applications and more. Communicating the right message, at the right time, in the right forum is key to engaging employees, and I had great, measurable success doing so at Kerry.

In this role I lead, direct, produce and manage the production of company events and all video, audio and multimedia production. Establishing sustainable processes and best practices I ensure consistent and high quality event management and multimedia production support for the company’s Americas region.

Shift39 Productions is a full-service production company based in Milwaukee. Leveraging a large base of freelance production colleagues, we are able to provide services small to large. We are capable of taking on anything from a simple edit to a complex 35mm film commercial campaign. Feeding from over sixteen years of broadcast, corporate and agency production experience, we have produced pretty much anything you can think of, from urgent video news releases to nationally broadcast television series.
