Conducted Management Assessment and Independent Assessments to measure item and service quality, adequacy of work performance, and to promote process improvement.• Successfully completed the ISO-9000 quality auditor training and test in order to fully understand the ISO-9000 as well as the NQA-1 Quality Systems.
