Responsible for development and maintenance of successful partnerships with brokers and consultants that service the 100 – 3,000 employee market. Primary sales objectives include medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life, and disability products that are both fully insured and self insured.

Managed health and ancillary benefits for a Major Account book of business (1,000 – 5,000 customer segment), and assisted with the management of the local Account Management team (5 SAE’s & 2 Service consultants). Scope of responsibility included strategic planning, advising and executing on customer goals while managing the overall relationship. Emphasis on growing the book of business through the delivery of value added products and services. Equal time was spent counseling other Strategic Account Executives and Account Managers on issue resolution and strategic thinking.

Developed and maintained successful partnerships with area brokers and consultants while focusing on customers with 100 to 5,000 employees. The primary focus was the sale of new fully insured customers and communicating the company’s core values to the marketplace.
