I lead a team of 27 product managers, product owners, and designers with responsibility for RouteOne’s Digital Retail, Credit Application, Menu, and Electronic Contracting products. Activities include:* Directly manage and mentor a team of 5 product managers. * Balance the needs of diverse stakeholders and communicate recommended roadmaps and product vision to executive-level internal stakeholders as well as key external stakeholders.* Coordinate and collaborate across departments, including sales, marketing, legal, operations, and development.* Select and manage 3rd party vendor relationships to deliver key functionality* Define, measure, and communicate progress against key product performance measures * Partner with technology leaders to ensure effective delivery of valuable product improvements

Managed 12-member team with responsibility for establishing and maintaining technical relationships between RouteOne and its 1000+ integrated finance sources, 100+ dealer system providers, credit bureau resellers, and other external 3rd party system providers. This included new integration projects, designing and developing specifications for new external interfaces, and troubleshooting interface issues as they arose through all stages of development and implementation. Coordinated with senior sales staff on partner integration priority and relationship management. Created, managed, and updated integration work plans, ensuring resources executed tasks to plan. Reported status on partner progress and issues.
