This included overseeing acquisition, long-term supply contract execution, and marketing of power plants, power contracts, and toll investments with average portfolio size of ~6 GW. I also analyzed financial structures, identified acquisition opportunities, and prepared reports for senior management.My key achievements:• Instrumental in building the 13th-largest power company in the nation and directing all aspects of strategy, marketing, sales, finance, and plant operations for all investments.• Delivered $20M in profit and eliminated $250M JPMorgan Guaranty by terminating 20-year, $300M+ power plant toll agreement, acquiring 100% of project bonds, and extinguishing toll agreement.• Shaped and executed $400M+ energy project bond investment strategy, including leading reorganization of two project companies following acquisition of majority of bonds.• Sourced $1B+ long-term international LNG supply arrangements, initiated $305M biomass power plant purchase with 51% pre-tax equivalent IRR, and orchestrated $200M+ interest rate swap hedge book.

During this period, I was the lead financial executive for three special purpose vehicles (SPVs) funded by $1.1B in project bonds.
