An Alienist..Currently working as the Research Fellow, Md Quadir Ali's interest revolves around Criminal Psychology, Scale Construction, Dream analysis, and Social psychology. He has worked on constructing a new psychometric tool that measures the gender sensitivity level of an individual. Side by side, Quadir is also the Head of the Research & Development Centre (RDC) of LAW Foundation, working remotely on orchestratering the comprehensive operations of the RDC, including the design & execution of research projects, adherence to rigorous methodologies, & the pursuit of funding opportunities. He is instrumental in shaping the structure & content of reports and papers, ensuring the highest standards of academic and research excellence. At present, he is looking forward to applying the mixed methodology to construct and validate frameworks/ models/ tools by exploring the less touched sensitive topics: sexual offensive behavior, trigger points, gender sensitization, dream analysis, and criminal mindset. Having spent two and half years (still ongoing) in research work, Quadir is increasing his hold on statistical analysis and research methodology while exploring to extend his knowledge on qualitative methodologies (thematic analysis) and several other possibilities in research.He has been a Peer-reviewer in the Journal of Gender Studies since March 2021 and presently invited for the reviewer position for SAGE Open and Cogent Education. His curious and hard-working nature is apt for the timely completion of the research, embedded with the element of creativity. His other interests involves Ciphers, Gaming, Dancing, and many more.
