SR. Program Manager for the Enterprise Cloud Group CAT (Customer, Architecture, and Technology) Team with a key focus on OMS (Operations Management Suite) http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/server-cloud/operations-management-suite/overview.aspx , System Center (WAP, SCCM, SCOM, Orchestrator) and automation.

Responsiblities include working with Dynamics Service Engineering in Live Site operations for CRM Online and ERP Services. Collaborate with teams across DEV, Operations, architecture, and Microsoft support to resolve issues quickly and bring the service back online during an outage. This role also requires a strong ability to communicate to multiple levels (both internal and external) in written and verbal communications.

Evangelize and educate on Windows Server / System Center technologies in the areas of Configuration Management and Automation. Primary skills required were the ability to quickly come up to speed on the latest technologies in this space, build solutions as proof of concepts, drive DCRs and Bugs back to our product team, visit customer locations to educate them on the latest technology through demonstrations of solutions built, as well as a seasoned presenter on these technologies to audiences of various sizes and venues.
