Managing and monitoring all inbound and outbound feeds via satellite, WRAPS, IP, fiber, ASI, DVB-S/S2, MPEG/IP, and LiveU for live broadcast, tape, and web daily needs for Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Soul, and the Philadelphia Union.Coordinating and faxing out all live sports events for air. Responsible for coord bridges. Troubleshoot, repair, general maintenance, and cleaning of all broadcast equipment.Responsible for sending out broadcast equipment for repair when required.Responsible for adding new equipment into the equipment database. Providing support and monitoring for HD Avid.Live monitoring of all broadcast computer system performance. Providing assistance for the installation of all new equipment.Providing extensive daily shift reports.Coordinating with outside vendors for support, equipment, updates, and upgrades.Reading schematics, documents, CAD, and VIDCAD drawings when required.Interacting with studio crew for assistance in keeping all equipment operating as it should. Working with cable head end, XOC, and the NOC to resolve any broadcast issues.

Faxing out locations on the field. Troubleshooting issues as they pop up in a live TV environment. Make sure all systems are operating as they should.

Working on an on-call basis and under the guidance of the Manager, Systems Maintenance & Integration, provide basic system second tier support of QVC Broadcast Systems. Working with the teams to develop, design, test and document systems for the QVC Broadcast technology infrastructure. Determine requirements for new systems; develop designs and supervise installations. I also support broadcast technology systems and monitor performance to enable 24x7x365 availability. My responsibilities also include providing root cause analysis of escalated and complex incidents/problems related to the Broadcast Systems, including Broadcasting IT systems. I'll also provide additional technical support and expertise to all areas of the broadcast systems. Monitor current configurations, system performance of video, audio, computer and data systems.

Started spinning vinyl in 1986 while in high school and never looked back! Professional events and weddings are my specialty. I've worked in every night club through the 90's in Philadelphia and New Jersey. A life long passion I've had that my late father pushed me to do. Resident DJ at Bronco Bill's Country Capitol back in the 90's from the time the club opened til it closed. I've spun events for every college in Philadelphia over the years as well.

Store manager taking care of daily tasks keeping a major market auto parts store operating. Building weekly schedules for 33 plus employees, working closely with service personal, and keeping the store the best looking fully stocked store on the east coast was my passion. Great job and met some amazing life long friends there.
