Directed the strategic operation of the security department for Ameristar Casino Hotel & Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado. Responsible for the service delivery of guests and team members, Fire & Life Safety Director, training of security personnel, hiring and recruitment, and underage prevention and awareness.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Responsible for the Security Department for Harrah's Resort Atlantic City, New Jersey. Directed an award winning team of 120 security professionals who were responsible for protecting the company's greatest assets; our guests, our employees and our property. Responsible for security of one of the largest nightclubs in the United States, The Pool at Harrah's.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Responsible for the supervision of security leaders and security officers. Managed HR/Criminal/Civil investigations on property. Responsible for the training and development of security personnel. Responsible for achieving service goals, creating service plans, budgeting, purchasing, and overall operation of the security department.
