For the past 10 years, I have specialized in most of the ADD Systems products for Propane and Fuel Oil distribution. I have significant experience with Add Energy, Raven, SmartConnect and Atlas Reporting. Add Energy is a back office fuel distribution software that interfaces with delivery handheld software named Raven. SmartConnect is a SOAP Web Service that opens the Add Energy system up to custom development. Atlas Reporting is a BI Data Warehouse reporting solution built on MSSQL and SSRS. I have experience with 10 different models of rugged delivery handhelds, metering registers and various mobile printers. I also have experience with remote tank monitors from 3 different vendors: Wesroc, Silicon Controls and Telsen21.I write analytical reports in PLSQL and TSQL from our DW. I write C# applications to create new customers, input remote tank monitor readings and make corrections to customer settings. I write shell and Perl scripts to update config files for the Adds and Raven systems and ensure that they are consistent across all locations.
