My over 30 years of experience advising clients on business and valuation matters is focused on valuations for tax and financial reporting for both closely held and publicly traded companies.I work with clients in the technology, consumer goods and services, franchise, hospitality, biotechnology, medical device and financial services industries. My projects have included financial reporting related valuations, tax valuations, strategic planning, and acquisition analysis. I value both enterprises and intangible assets including in process R&D, developed technology, customers, franchise agreements, trade names, airline routes and slots, loyalty program liabilities and marketing programs. I have also valued complex securities such as convertible debt, contingent consideration and phantom stock units.
