Jim has a life-long history of private, public and not-for-profit service. His ability to think outside the box, to find the "win-win," and to attend to the business at hand in an organized, well rounded, professional and respectful way has garnered respect and admiration among his peers.Jim uses meditative influences to assist people in establishing a better frame of mind. He does this as a Kansas Supreme Court Approved and as a Missouri Bar Approved Mediator. He also does it as a trainer, helping people address issues between them, and as a coordinator/mentor, working one-on-one with people who want to communicate better.
