Current• Identified application issues, bugs, and defects, delivered resolution, and provided high level of customer satisfaction by taking ownership of issues and supporting critical global business applications (Right Track, RightEverywhere, and Right in Touch) for the Career Management division. • Consulted and collaborated with internal teams to develop product enhancements and improvements that aligned with the business needs, as well as creating efficiencies within applications for internal users.• Documented and translated business requests and processes into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for development teams to follow. This provides specific requirements that expedites the implementation time by reducing the need for repetitive QA and business testing.• Utilized Microsoft Azure Dev Ops environment to manage all aspects of the change request process, from managing business testing and validation, communication failures back to the development teams, retesting and validation, to providing business signoff for production deployments.• Provided escalations and support for Right Management's 3rd-party vendors and clients with application upgrades, outages, and resolving candidate issues.
