Lily is a seasoned business professional from Hong Kong who possesses over 20 years of work experience with diverse and multi-cultural organizations in China. In the early days of her career, her expertise was mainly marketing management with top-tier FMCG companies where she had left a footprint with impactful brand marketing initiatives that created significant contribution towards corporate business performance. Motivated by her deep interest in people and their success, Lily made a significant career transition after her marriage in 2003 by founding her own executive search firm in China which offered her an excellent opportunity to fully leverage her past success experience in business strategy, brand marketing, team development, performance management and organizational culture. Lily's deeply-embroiled passion in people development triggered her move starting 2012 to further expand her role by embarking on an executive and career coaching journey.
