Based in Schaumburg, Ala Carte Entertainment owns and operates such popular and diverse venues as Cadillac Ranch, Chandler’s, Club 220 North, Excalibur, Moretti’s Ristorante & Pizzeria, The Apartment, and many other lounges, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. As the Corporate General Manager, Jim Earley is responsible for fulfilling a number of tasks from general management and accounting procedures to projects such as menu development.Involved in the professional community surrounding his industry, Jim Earley serves as a member of the Illinois Restaurant Association, the Greater O’Hare Association of Industry and Commerce, the Edison Park Chamber of Commerce, and the Schaumburg Business Association. An active philanthropist as well, Jim Earley also contributes to his local community as a member of the Schaumburg Septemberfest Committee and the Coalition for Better Government.
