Full time teaching with a minimum load of four courses per semester covering critical upper division courses in the Business department and the introductory course in Physical Sciences. Courses taught included: Business Policy (Capstone strategy course); Business Management; Marketing and Public Relations; Finance; Production & Operations Management; Business Communications; Federal Tax Accounting; Family Financial Management; Business Internship; Computer Applications in Business; Spreadsheets; and Introduction to the Physical Sciences.Prepared in-depth analysis of Academic Program Objectives and Student Learning Outcomes for the Business Department curriculum covering course work to 2006. Based in Timisoara, Romania, working directly with a Romanian network. Served as mentors for a large number of young adults, pastors, and leaders spread over western Romania and in the Republic of Moldova. Served as professor in a small local Bible school teaching practical life applications.

Responsible for US hearing instrument division’s sales ($3.5 million), marketing, manufacturing, finance, administration, and logistical planning. Organized introduction, marketing, sales, and customer support for new products, including digital hearing instruments. Reorganized sales force, increasing sales by 50% over four-year period. Developed unique Philips (US) employee sales program. Managed implementation of new enterprise software. Managed US transition project after sale of Philips global hearing instrument business to Beltone Electronics (1999).
