-Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations.-Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities.-Take payment from customers.-Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner.-Explain local amenities and attractions to guests.-Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs.-Assist customers with the planning of special events such as weddings and business conferences.-Arrange specialized services for VIP customers.

-In charge of busy fish station and a variety of sauce preparations.-Oversee all kitchen stations and store quality product accordingly.-Communicate accordingly with team members so that operation runs smoothly.

-Prepare food and fresh ingredients in a timely and precise fashion.-Exceed legal sanitation and cleaning standards for a well maintained kitchen.

-Take directions from executive chef's (First time role).-Take notes and train with other cooks.

-Teaching and trainingnew employees at the store.-Working effectively with micros POS station.-Helping costumers on the floor with great costumer service, handling and counting out drawer accurately with big amount of cash, record sales report and store inventory.

-clearing tables, taking dirty dishes to the dishwasher, setting tables, refilling and assisting the waiting staff.
