EDI Map Developer Responsibilities Develop and test EDI maps such EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML and flat file formats. Implement EDI maps in QC and UAT environment (via Unix) with one or more trading partner setup and connectivity setup such as FTP, SFTP via Cyclone, Cyclone, and VAN. Create technical documentation and deployment package using SVN. Support QC, UAT and production 3rd level investigations and troubleshooting. Handle pre-production and production change request.Quality Assurance/Tester Responsibilities Review pre-production setup and technical documentation as per best practice standards. Design, create, and execute test cases, and document the results. If there is a need for second or third pass, then repeat the test execution. Perform functional and integration test in QC environment.Business Analyst Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for DHL supply chain, express, and global forwarding Liaise with customers to build business requirements that meet business and user needs. Collaborate with developers, tester, support team, and project manager to maintain product direction. Assists with pre-sales and scope of change documentation during the early stage of project proposal. Lead minor and major projects such as migration legacy and change request through to development and release. Research, resolve and respond to customer queries and email request (approximately 30-50 email request per day).

 Handle Financial Services projects for Citibank EMEA. Develop, test and QA maps varying from different EDI standards, versions, messages, inbound/outbound translation, and mapping approach Analyze customer requirements and coordinate with project managers or clients for any potential queries or modifications for the map with regards to specifications Perform investigations through log reading code debugging and perform corrective actions to the EDI maps involved Directly coordinate with project managers and 2nd level technical experts addressing data transformation issues
