I serve as the inaugural Chief Equity Officer at the Urban Institute. In this role I am responsible for providing vision and leadership across all aspects of Urban's strategies and efforts to ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion are centered in the organization's climate, culture, and content.Prior to joining Urban, I served in various community development and diversity, equity, and inclusion leadership roles across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors in organizations such as BoardSource, Fannie Mae, Capital One, AARP, and the Fairfax County (Virginia) Government.
