As the Operation Freedom's Sentinel (OFS) Deputy Project Manager, for responsible for assisting the OFS Project Manager with the oversight of OFS Operations. These responsibilities include the synchronization of CONUS and OCONUS staff supporting the goals and objectives of the C-RAM PO. Coordinates the personnel and material requirements to support OFS OCONUS Operations. As the Project financial lead, implemented an ETC/EAC process developed for Iraq Operations to ensure all program costs are reflected in a timely manner. Routinely coordinates with subcontractors and NGTS team members to ensure their cost projections are in line with the known workload and ensures timely invoicing. Manages all OCONUS program risks through effective mitigation strategies. Reviews and validates all subcontractor invoices for payment. Additional duties include responsible for the Cost Account Management and schedule for the Combat Training Centers (CTCs)

As the U.S. Mission - Iraq (USM-I) Operations Program Manager, responsible for the oversight of the USM-I sustainment operations. These responsibilities include the synchronization of CONUS and OCONUS staff supporting the goals and objectives of the C-RAM Program Office (PO), to include coordinating efforts with the Government Program Office staff in Huntsville, AL and the Program Office Forward staff in Iraq. Coordinates all personnel and material requirements to support USM-I OCONUS Operations and responsible for managing the overall schedule and budget execution for the USM-I OCONUS effort. Manages all OCONUS program risks through effective mitigation strategies and briefs senior management all risks factors. Reviews and validates all subcontractor invoices for payment and coordinates OCONUS staffing requirements with all subcontractors.

Provides daily operational support for OCONUS C-RAM and IBDSoS teams. Develops weekly Operational Readiness Reports for the PM NV/RSTA customer and coordinates OCONUS inputs to the Weekly Activity Reports. Reviews and validates all subcontractor invoices for payment and coordinates OCONUS staffing requirements with all subcontractors. Coordinates OCONUS material needs with Production. Assists the C-RAM Program Manager and IBDSoS Program Manager on all operational issues.

Iraq

Regional Manager for TASS installation and fielding activities responsible for the following: the day-to-day direct first-line management and supervision of the TASS Installation Teams; developing detailed site surveys of both planned and ad hoc installation locations; installation maintenance support; and corrective action plans. Responsible for the coordination of multiple installation and procurement teams performing install operations in the Southwest Asia area of operations. Has direct responsibility for responding to the following: Government customers' defined schedules and schedule changes; resolving conflicts with equipment and/or staffing issues; transportation request dates, and miscellaneous support to the deployed Site Survey Teams and Installation Teams. Coordinates with engineering, procurement and logistics elements to ensure the synchronization of design, material and support at each install site. Coordinates with other managers performing similar work to optimize the use of available in-country teams. Coordinates all support with C-RAM OCONUS Program Manager and provides the highest quality in-theater support to, and be totally responsive to, our customer, the US Army and Marine Corps overseas war fighters. As the OCONUS Installation Support Manager, provides day to day support activities for all planned and ongoing OCONUS installations. Coordinates with Logistics, Production, and Engineering sections to ensure all tools, material, and engineering packages are provided in a timely manner to OCONUS installation teams. Assists the OCONUS Fielding Manager with the daily CONUS operations as well as Task Order proposal development to include drafting Basis of Estimates (BOEs)and subcontractor Statements of Work (SOWs;) and performing technical evaluation of subcontractor SOW responses. Creates weekly metrics on OCONUS Trouble Tickets and monthly metrics on Help Desk Responsiveness and Voice of the Customer ratings.

Ft Irwin / Iraq

Assisted with the implementation of Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) training at the National Training Center (NTC) Fort Irwin, CA. Supported the fielding of C-RAM Sense and Warn (SnW) in Southwest Asia by leading five Forward Operating Base (FOB) Site Surveys and providing site/installation management for three SnW installation.

Middle East / Washington Dc

Assisted with developiment of plans to improve electronic security system alarm assessment and area surveillance capabilities for the USAF Security Forces at four USAF CENTAF Air Base locations in Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait. Conducted evaluations of existing Closed Circuit Television system's assessment and surveillance capabilities and provided detailed design recommendations for upgrades at each location. Assisted in drafting a Project Support Agreement for Al Dhafra, UAE to assist base programming initiatives for funding and task allocations that supported the recommended upgrades. Assisting NGIT with developing process packages for integration of Corporate Level 5 process models for CMMI accreditation. Developed physical security process packages as part of the Methods and Tools for Enhanced Capabilities (MTEC) initiative titled "InfoShield".

Washington D.C. Metro Area

Project Leader overseeing the installation and testing of the US Capitol Complex emergency Public Address System (PAS). Directed subcontractor activities during installation of the PAS systems equipment into the US Capitol, Senate and House of Representatives Office Buildings and congressional support facilities; coordinated project support requirements between the Architect of the Capitol, US Capitol Police and the Volpe Transportation Systems Center; and developed plans and procedures for post installation government acceptance testing and certification.

Kennedy Space Center

Provided engineering support for the development of the Electronic Security System - Access Control (ESS-AC) Security Management System (SMS) for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC). Assisted the Space Gateway Support (SGS) information management and design engineering team with consolidating the security functions of existing disparate KSC Electronic Security Systems (ESS) into a centralized and fully integrated security management system capable of monitoring all intrusion detection and restricted/controlled area access control subsystems throughout the KSC complex; and coordinated design development activities for a new Joint Communications Control Center (JCCC) to provide improved general security management interface with the 911, Fire Safety, and Security emergency response and dispatch subsystems used at both KSC and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS)

Washington Dc

Led a combined team of physical security specialists in creating detailed designs integrating intrusion detection and video surveillance subsystems with an existing security monitoring and reporting system to provide improved site security for the Capitol Visitor Center and the Capitol Power Plant facilities during construction; developed analysis reports, project plans, test and turnover plans, and vendor/equipment recommendations for US Capitol Police and the Volpe Transportation Systems Center; and directed subcontractor installation activities and conducted post installation testing for customer certification.
