In my role as Director at Headquarters Department of the Army, I provided strategic management advice to the Army’s Chief Management Officer, focusing on organizing the HQ Department of the Army for the PPBE process and defending annual budgets exceeding $180 billion each. I led collaboration with key stakeholders from across the Army and the Department of Defense, shaping policies and strategies across three Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycles to improve Soldier quality of life, enterprise readiness, and modernization.

By developing directives aligning requirement delivery timelines with HQDA and Combatant Command processes, I enabled timely and informed resource decisions. Additionally, I managed requirements programmatically during the transition from OCO to base funding, resulting in efficient resource allocation. Furthermore, I led the recalibration of the US Army's Middle East posture, reducing force requirements by over 3,800 Soldiers.

In my role as Deputy Director at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, I led the development of policy and resourcing strategies for the DoD's Indo-Pacific prioritization, contributing to the Pacific Deterrence Initiative. I built cross-functional teams to address operational capability gaps and fund INDOPACOM priorities. Additionally, I advised the Deputy Commander on PPBE matters, enabling resource allocation during annual Program Budget Reviews.

In my role as Chief, Force Management at XVIII Airborne Corps, I skillfully collaborated with stakeholders to plan and source force requirements for NATO's Resolute Support mission in Afghanistan. In Iraq, I developed and maintained an equipment requirements database to ensure mission-essential capabilities remained available.

In my role as a Program Analyst at the United States Department of the Army, I led the development of the Army equipping program submission, improving communication and feedback processes. I was selected as the Equipping Program Evaluation Group (PEG) lead action officer for the Army's equipping program submission. By instituting a process to enhance communication and feedback within the Equipping PEG, we achieved 100% on-time submissions for the Army's POM 2010-2015.
