Jim Hamilton has been a prominent figure in the life sciences, health, and nutrition industries for over 30 years. He has held key positions as a CEO, advisor, and board director across various sectors, including dietary supplements, food, animal feed, and personal care products.Mr. Hamilton’s industry knowledge and innovative approach have positioned him as a valuable contributor to both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Notably, he served as president of DSM Nutritional Products USA, where he was part of the global management team for DSM Nutritional Products' Human Nutrition Business—an organization generating over $2 billion in sales and operating in more than 40 countries. After his tenure at DSM, he took the helm at Neptune Wellness Solutions (NASDAQ - TSX: NEPT) as president, CEO, and director. Under his leadership, Neptune underwent a significant corporate turnaround and strategic repositioning, earning recognition as one of the top 30 performing companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange (#8).Following Neptune, Mr. Hamilton served as president and CEO of OmniActive Health Technologies, through the completion of a major investment from a private equity firm.
