I am the exited (April 2024) co-founder of Threepipe Reply, one of the UK's most awarded and highly successful marketing agencies.I led the agency's transformation from a traditional PR agency (which I founded in 2004) to a fully integrated brand and performance agency, with 90 experts across PR, data & analytics, paid media, SEO, creative and social channels. This was achieved by merging my PR and organic social agency with a paid media agency, before acquiring a creative agency and then a SEO agency. We then built out specialist teams across data science, marketplaces and retail media channels.In 2019, we were acquired by global technology consulting firm, Reply, and after completing my earn out I left the company.My role was focused primarily on business development, senior client counsel and driving innovation and creativity across the business.Recent clients included the likes of The FA, UEFA, Ocado, Lotus, Panasonic, L”Occitane and Beauty Pie.I have been regularly included in PR Week, Holmes Report and Performance Marketing World magazines as one of the UK’s most influential marketers. I am currently a strategic advisor to a number of fast growth businesses (both agencies and brands) and I particularly enjoy working with founders.I am an Operations Partner at a VC firm, helping to mentor a portfolio of B2B tech entrepreneurs and I am a school governor at one of the UK's oldest and academically successful schools, working closely with the development team to drive fundraising for bursaries.I’m married with two girls and a big sports fan as well as interests in politics, history and music.
