Jim retired as the Director of Business Development for Tactical Electronics, Inc. He coordinated across the Prototype, Engineering, Sales and Training Departments in support of clients in the EOD, SOF, LE and DOJ. Jim was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton with 31 years of professional experience working in the Department of Defense with the United States Navy and the United States Joint Forces Command. During the last sixteen years he was deeply involved in Joint Forces Operations: Planning; Readiness Training; and Information Integration. He was the Booz Allen Training market development lead across Hampton Roads, Virginia. These markets and client delivery efforts spaned workplace learning professionals, SME/instructors, instructional technologies and instructional job managers. Jim authored the 4-phase Training Assessment Plan that is ia web enabled assessment and survey capability based on the Kirkpatrick method.
