Growth was driven by the acqusition of 4 companies over period including primary European Distributor. Company was sold by original PE firm to successor PE firm during period as well.

Recruited as a merger consultant for acquisition of Minneapolis lease-accounting software provider by a London Stock Exchange traded parent. Acquisition was based on incorrect assumptions requiring the immediate refinancing of acquisition debt and reduction in headcount in the organization by 50% the first year.
