Oversaw all controller functions as well as Legal, HR, Quality, contract negotiation and banking relationships. Parent company was acquired for the first time in 2005 from original management group. After acquisition by Summitt Partners, revenue more than doubled during the period and EBITDA increased 233%over the period. Growth was driven by the acqusition of 4 companies over period including primary European Distributor. Company was sold by original PE firm to successor PE firm during period as well.

Recruited as a merger consultant for acquisition of Minneapolis lease-accounting software provider by a London Stock Exchange traded parent. Acquisition was based on incorrect assumptions requiring the immediate refinancing of acquisition debt and reduction in headcount in the organization by 50% the first year. Worked with CEO and COO to restructure and align company with revenue and regain investor confidence in U.K..

Managed 25 employees in Finance, IT, Credit, HR, Legal and Admin groups. Managed company activities through implementation of strategic planning process for the company. Member of acquisition team which identified acquisition targets.
