JSH Advisors is an executive coaching practice created to help individuals achieve both transformational and behavioral goals. I have been advising C-suite executives and individual professionals for more than 25 years as a successful executive recruiter. Areas of expertise include leadership/management development, strengthening communication/interpersonal skills and career transition, among others.

Jim joined the firm now known as The Prince Houston Group in 2009. Previously, he was the Co-Head of the Asset and Wealth Management Practice (Americas) at Russell Reynolds Associates, a firm he originally joined in 1988. Before returning to Russell Reynolds in 1998, he served as a Principal at Morgan Stanley. Earlier, Jim worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and at Citicorp Investment Management, Inc. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Psychology, graduating cum laude from the State University of New York at Geneseo. He received his Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue University. Jim most recently served as a member of the Geneseo Foundation Board.
