As the Managing Director of EasyAdmin my job is to make sure that my team and I deliver software that lives up to its name. I have worked in the Taft-Hartley Benefit Fund market for over 30 years and during those years I personally performed many Fund Office functions such as processing medical and dental claims, posting contribution reports and payments, printing of monthly benefit check runs, bank reconciliations, and many others.Early in my career while I was working for a Third Party Administrator performing administrative functions I learned computer programming. With the encouragement and support of my employer, I proceeded to re-write the software so my job and those of my co-workers would be it easier. That was 20 years ago and I have never stopped trying to write software that makes it easier. I have written DOS, Windows, and Web-based software. I believe that my experience of doing the actual job is what drives me. I want to deliver a product that makes the next person’s job easier. My greatest professional joy is watching the eyes of a new user of our software light up when they realize that something that used to be hard is now easy.
