I am currently a Production Supervisor in the shredding department at Marathon Cheese. Previously to my current role, I was an Assistant Shredding Manager under the current Corporate Shredding Manager for 9 years. Within these production roles, my accomplishments include, but are not limited to: streamlining production processes to increase efficiency in meeting order demands and company production and revenue goals, creating operator manuals to provide education that greatly increased the efficiency of packaging machine changeovers, and assisting with scheduling production orders to run in the most efficient manner. Before these positions, I was a machine operator for multiple packaging machines and have always prided myself on my ability to keep my machines running smoothly and efficiently, as it is a reflection of my self motivation and my ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively, as I have experience with all levels of production.
