As a Customer Success Manager, I help set up, train, and implement the powerful platform of Text2Drive for auto dealerships across the South East United States. By helping dealerships add extra revenue, increase their dealer CSI scores, and making the communication process with customers more streamline, we empower them to become more successful and keep up with the changing technology of today.

As a Tesla Owner Advisor I partner with our customers, educate them on our vehicles, help address level 1 and 2 concerns, and help them get into the vehicle of their dreams. We work with teams across the board, from delivery to financing, helping facilitate trade ins, and ensuring that their Tesla experience is one smooth from beginning to end. Tesla is really changing the world for the better, and I could not be more proud to be able to play a small part in helping accelerate the worlds transition to sustainable energy.

After moving across the country to join Godaddy, as one of the first external hires, I have consistently improved product knowledge, sales skills, been in the top 20 billing reps on a regular basis. After 8 months in billing I was promoted to the Customer Development Team, which is the highest revenue producing department in Godaddy. I consistently not only made contribution but exceeded it, many times maxing out possible bonus at 250%. I learned how to identify needs quickly, ask the correct probing questions, and find the solution that best fit their individual and unique business needs, consistently every single day. I feel this position gave me the most experience and understanding for business to date, and I believe those skills will be extremely transferable. I was selected to be a Godaddy brand ambassador this year, and take part in recruitment events, new hire events, and onboarding employees.

After completing an in-depth formal 8-week sales training program, served as a full-time in-house salesperson for the World’s largest cruise line. Responsibilities include selling cabins, excursions, insurance and other amenities to families and groups across Carnival’s entire fleet. Sample accomplishments include: 1) first from sales class to achieve 120 bookings in a month; 2) routine membership in the top 25% of the corporation’s internal sales division, which consists of approximately 800 people; 3) trusted as one of a small number of sales associates to earn the privilege of working remotely with limited supervision; and 4) created and shared customized responses to overcome sales objections in light of Carnival’s adverse media coverage. Experience has proven that enduring relationships that generate recurring revenues require authenticity, tenacious follow-through and outstanding service. Sales skills developed at Carnival are transferrable to any industry, because the fundamental principles of selling are consistent for all products or services.
