Directed the creation of business requirements, configuration design, data conversion design, conversion testing, UAT and automated testing in a project covering 30 functional areas. Directed the replacement or creation of 200 custom-coded interfaces, reports, tools and applications integral to service delivery. Implemented a medical economics and quality of care analytics system employing episodes of care, risk stratification and evidence based medicine focused tools. Concurrently implemented a care management system for nurse navigator team. Member of several operational committees including a care management group whose direction resulted in $XX million in savings in first year. Implemented business processes and software systems to increase risk-adjustment revenue by 5%.
