I led a global team that managed the manufacturing, research, sales and marketing of silicon metal for Dow Corning with the aim of cost reduction and quality improvement. In 10 years my team reduced the procurement costs by over $100 million and improved product yields and efficiency.

I was the leader of a research and development that invented and patented a new DC current process for making silicon metal. My Team designed, built and operated this innovative, 10 MW scale development plant with funding from the Canadian and US governments of over $30 million.
