- Underwrite commercial environmental insurance risks to include reviewing, analyzing, accepting and declining risks to ensure profitability- Communicate with underwriting management on individual accounts, current and proposed producers, and make recommendations concerning operations, systems and procedures when appropriate. - Underwrite & select new business that will produce an underwriting profit. - Review submissions and identify exposure and risk, determine accurate classifications, rates and premium charges.- Monitor producers for profitability and production. - Market products to producers by coordinating marketing plan with the team leader, marketing manager and regional management.

- Conduct site safety inspections- Ensure continued operation of critical safety devices for remediation systems- Conduct Phase I & II Environmental Site Investigations.- Operate and maintain soil vapor extraction, dual-phase extraction, and groundwater recovery treatment systems including Saunders Superfund Site- Prepare contaminant fate and transport models- Write reports: Annual and Semi-Annual updates, Phase II ESA’s, Site Closure, Site Characterization, Corrective Action Plan Monitoring- Review reports and data tables for quality assurance- Coordinate subcontractors- Oversee remedial soil excavation- Train new employees

- Operate and maintain remediation systems including Saunders Superfund Site - Delineate subsurface groundwater and soil contaminant via direct push and hollow stem auger - Install shallow aquifer monitoring and domestic water supply wells and log soil borings- Perform slug tests and analyze results using AQTESOLV aquifer analysis software- Oversee Aggressive Fluid Vapor Recovery events- Sample air, soil and groundwater - Work with a variety of sampling and field analysis equipment: Grundfos pump, Peristaltic pump, Turbidity meter (Lamotte 2020), Isco Sampler, Multiparameter Meter (YSI 556, YSI 6820), In-Situ Level Troll and Rugged Reader, Photo Ionization Detector, Kurz Air Velocity Meter, Handheld GPS, Interface Probe, PH Meter- operate heavy machinery: excavator, backhoe
