Weapons Company Commander for 2/25 on active duty orders supporting the inspector instructor staff. Served as Mountain Warfare Training Exercise Lead Planner, NY Fleet Week Ground Combat Element planner and Officer in Charge, Deputy Inspector Instructor.

1st Battalion, 5th MarinesLed 10 assistants and 4 teams in supporting over 850 cross functional unit team members daily, managing leadership, communications, training, operations, logistics, compliance and administration. Promoted, Awarded. Acting COO in Sep/Oct.● Served as the director of project management for over 20 project managers and 60+ projects, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.● Developed long and short term project plans, including setting targets for milestones establishing and adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources where necessary.● Directed process improvement / workflow management for the operations department as well as a professional education plan for over 850 members.● Demonstrated ability of leading project teams and act as an effective overseer for all multi-functional teams, supporting agencies, and external teams.

1st Battalion, 5th MarinesLed a Company of 140 Marines and Sailors throughout preparation and executing of a deployment to the Pacific. Director of training, operations, staffing, and account management for the commander. Acting Commander 3+ months.● Planned, directed and led the training plan for a team of 140+ Marines and Sailors and the day to day operations.● Inventoried, maintained, and managed a $14.1M serialized account of weapons, communication assets, optics, and associated equipment. “Top performing account in the battalion…” during the Commanding General’s inspection.● Planned and executed the logistics, safety, and coordination of 30+ large scale projects to include the deployment and redeployment of a Company in support of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit across the Pacific.● Served as the Battalion Fires Support Planner which was responsible for the planning, coordination, and operational execution of fire support for Battalion sized operations across multiple countries.

2nd Battalion, 4th MarinesLed 45 Marines and sailors in training & high stress operations across the globe.● Responsible for the discipline, morale and welfare of the platoon while ensuring mission accomplishment.● Responsible for the training and tactical employment of the platoon while deployed in support of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit in the Pacific and Okinawa, Japan.● Attended Raid Leaders Course and the Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course in Yuma, AZ. Certified as a Fire Support Coordinator / Lead Planner.
