A member of a seven-man team that provides tier 3 and infrastructure support to almost 2,000 end users across nine gaming properties for the Muscogee Nation. Considered a ‘jack of all trades’ role with an emphasis on business application support and data center operations. Ensuring 24/7 uptime utilizing high-availability techniques (DFS, HA, SAN Snapshotting, Veeam (Immutable\Hardened) on over 900 VMs across three physical data centers. We pride ourselves on our adaptability to overcome roadblocks with minimal oversight from IT Management to complete business and IT objectives.
