As the Audio Visual Technician at Logan University, I facilitate academic and live events by managing audio, video, and lighting equipment.I ensure seamless operation of A/V systems for lectures, conferences, workshops, and university ceremonies.My responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with faculty and staff to meet their A/V needs, assisting with installations and upgrades of AV systems, and providing training on A/V technology. On-Site at Sterling Heights Assembly Plant, home of the RAM 1500, as well as on-site at Chrysler Technology Center (CTC) in Auburn Hills, Michigan.Redeveloped and began deployment of a new plant application that will be used to replace the current program for body surface defects and body issues pertaining to vehicle quality processes. This will be rolled out to all Stellantis North America plants in the coming months. I also lead a team under the regulatory department to develop a new battery pack label for all battery electric vehicles starting in MY26 and designed a process diagram and solution for the assembly process team, which will be implemented to produce and apply the new label on all MY26+ Stellantis electric vehicles to comply with the new California Air Resources Board regulations coming into effect in 2025. Assisted in z/OS mainframe system management, network security, and on-call support. Also assisted in the launch of MY25 RAM 1500.

Front line IT support for Sterling Heights Assembly Plant (SHAP). On call supporting plant production of the RAM 1500 line of trucks. Assisting in backend mainframe system management, network security, supplier datacenter audits, on-call support, and monitoring status and health of terminals deployed on the production floor. Assisted in the launch of the newest Grand Cherokee and Durango at DACJ (Detroit Assembly Complex- Jefferson). Help ensure floor systems were in working order, and responded to calls with assistance.
