Expand effective relationships with all stakeholders including client, business partners, tenants and general contractors.Monitor and document all temporary tenant deals, status reports and monthly updates. Monitor and enforce operating standards and contract compliance efficiently and consistently, including merchandising and presentation, pricing standards and proper staffing to support business needs and to maximize sales. Supervise subtenant construction projects from inception to completion and administer all concession work compliance with security regulations in restricted areas. Develop safety action plans, implementing business activities, and planning quality standard of airport operation. Capture all potential revenue opportunities across existing portfolio as well as new customer base. Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly walkthroughs of portfolio to ensure operating standard are being met. Meet with tenant managers monthly to review sales performance and market research results. Evaluate monthly key performance indicators against company goals.
