CurrentA blank sheet of paper. That’s what we were given. Just a starting point. What we wrote on that blank sheet of paper was simply a vision. A vision to build the kind of company we wanted to work at. A vision for the people we would want to join us on our journey. And a vision for the values that would shape everything we do. More than 20 years later, we have assembled more than 100 of the smartest, most engaged creative people, focused on doing the best work of their young careers. We have worked on, and are working for, some of the most iconic brands in the world, from Apple to Macy’s and Target; Airstream to Google; Alfa Romeo, Skyy Vodka and The North Face.We’ve built massive television campaigns; small-scale experiential initiatives; and digital first branded content. Our work has driven sales, reshaped consumer perception and acted as the foundation for business changing ideas. We’ve help a small brand establish retail presence across the country; and we’ve helped a national brand add $500 million in revenue to their business. Our work has, well, worked. And our friends, peers, and the industry have taken notice. We were named by the 4As as Agency of the Year – three separate times. Year over year, our employees name us a Top Work Place. And MDC, our partner from nearly the beginning, has called us one of the gems in the MDC crown. So, I’d like think we haven’t squandered that blank sheet of paper. And I’d also like to think we’ve only just begun.
